Titanium alloy mesh filter element can be cleaned by special means because of its strong regenerative capacity;
Conventional cleaning can use surface washing, high pressure steam backwashing, raw liquid backwashing and other means;
When conventional cleaning is not ideal, the combination of high temperature baking, ultrasonic cleaning and cleaning agent can be used.
Cleaning process
Place in a nitrogen-protected furnace and heat up to 380°C for 2 hours.
Add strong cleaning liquid into the ultrasonic cleaning machine groove heating to 80℃ for 1 hour, the filter element "cavitation";
Rinse the filter element from inside to outside with filtered water for 20 seconds to remove the cleaning liquid;
Rinse the filtered air back for 20 seconds to dry the water.
Put the filter element into the groove of the ultrasonic filter machine with high efficiency water-based cleaning agent and heat it to 80℃ for 1 hour;
Rinse the filter element with filtered water, reverse purge for 20 seconds, and dry the water;
Put it in a cleaning oven at 50C to dry.
The surface of the filter element is observed with a high power microscope, and the whole is clean and without damage.
